1. General Information
By accessing Kefi’s online store (Individual Entrepreneur Ketevani Pirtakhia, Identification Number 39001042103), you agree to the terms listed below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Products
We sell water-resistant and stainless steel charms, bracelets, and necklaces. Each product is uploaded to the website with photos and described in detail.
3. Prices
All product prices are indicated in GEL and include taxes applicable under Georgian law.
4. Placing an Order
If you wish to purchase a product available on Kefi’s website, you will need (but not limited to): your card details, card expiration date, address, and delivery information. By providing this information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method you specify and that the information provided is accurate, complete, and true.
For secure payment processing, we may use a trusted third-party payment service. By providing your details, you agree that we may share this information with the relevant service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Kefi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for the following reasons:

Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized activity

5. Delivery
Orders are delivered throughout Georgia.

In Tbilisi: delivery is the next day after the order is placed.

In regions: delivery takes 3–4 calendar days.
After placing an order, the courier will contact you on the delivery day to confirm details. If an incorrect phone number or address is provided, delivery will be postponed and an additional courier fee may apply.
If you wish to change the address or phone number after payment, please contact us immediately via Instagram, website chat, or email.
6. Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Refunds are issued within 5 business days from the order date.
7. Exchanges and Returns
A product can only be returned if it has a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover the transportation cost.
In case of exchange, the customer covers the courier fee: 8 GEL for regional orders, 6 GEL within Tbilisi.
8. Privacy
Your personal data (including email and phone number) is protected and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Content
Any visual or textual content displayed on our website is the property of Kefi. The use of this content for personal commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
